न्यूज डेस्क  आगरा मीडिया  ::.अफगानिस्तान में तालिबान के साथ शांति वार्ता रद्द होने के बाद अमेरिकी रक्षा मंत्रालय का एक प्रतिनिधिमंडल अगले हफ्ते पाकिस्तान जाएगा. यह प्रतिनिधिमंडल पाकिस्तानी आलाकमान और शीर्ष सैन्य अधिकारियों के साथ अहम बैठकें करेगा. अमेरिकी सहायक रक्षा मंत्री रैंडल श्रीवर ने पाकिस्तानी दूतावास द्वारा आयोजित एक कार्यक्रम में यह घोषणा की. उन्होंने कहा कि दोनों देशों को अवसर पैदा करने की जरूरत है, जिन्हें हम भुना सकते हैं.

उन्होंने कहा, क्षेत्र में शांति बहाल करने को लेकर हम पाकिस्तानी आलाकमान के प्रयासों की सराहना करते हैं. यह दौरा ऐसे समय पर होगा, जब अमेरिका पाकिस्तान की मदद और समर्थन से अफगानिस्तान में तालिबान के आतंकियों से शांति वार्ता की डील कर रहा था. श्रीवर ने कहा, 'हम अभी अंतिम नतीजे पर नहीं पहुंचे हैं. इस मामले में पाकिस्तान ने हमारी जो भी मदद की, उसके लिए हम उसकी सराहना करते हैं. हमारा इरादा आकांक्षात्मक होना है और यह बात करना है कि हम भविष्य में कहां जा सकते हैं और कैसे सहयोग को मजबूत और बेहतर बना सकते हैं.'

माना जा रहा है कि अमेरिकी प्रतिनिधिमंडल पाकिस्तान के समर्थन से तालिबान पर दबाव डालेगा कि वह अफगानिस्तान में अमेरिकी सैनिकों को आतंकी हमले का शिकार न बनाए. फिलहाल अमेरिका और अफगान तालिबान के बीच शांति वार्ता बंद है. उम्मीद जताई जा रही है कि पाकिस्तान भी ट्रंप प्रशासन और अफगान तालिबान के बीच रद्द हुई बातचीत को फिर से शुरू करने में अहम रोल निभा सकता है.

अमेरिका और तालिबान के बीच बातचीत में अफगानिस्तान की सरकार का कोई रोल नहीं है क्योंकि तालिबान उसकी मौजूदगी और अहमियत को पूरी प्रक्रिया में नकारता आया है. विशेषज्ञ मानते हैं कि अमेरिका का एजेंडा तालिबान के साथ शांति समझौता करके अफगानिस्तान से जल्द से जल्द सेना को वापस बुलाना है. हालांकि अफगानिस्तान सरकार को इस प्रक्रिया में पूरी तरह दरकिनार कर दिया गया है. साथ ही अफगानिस्तान में तालिबान द्वारा हो रहे आतंकी हमले से समझौते में और मुश्किलें खड़ी हो गई हैं.

It is hoped that Pakistan can also play an important role in resuming the canceled talks between the Trump administration and the Afghan Taliban.

The government of Afghanistan has no role in the negotiations between the US and the Taliban because the Taliban has been denying its presence and importance in the whole process. Experts believe that America's agenda is to withdraw the army from Afghanistan as soon as possible by entering into a peace deal with the Taliban.
