चिन्मयानंद मामले में छात्रा को झटका, कोर्ट ने खारिज की जमानत याचिका
न्यूज डेस्क आगरा मीडिया ::.पूर्व केंद्रीय मंत्री चिन्मयानंद मामले में लॉ की छात्रा को शाहजहांपुर की एक अदालत से झटका लगा है। कोर्ट ने छात्रा की जमानत याचिका को खारिज कर दिया है। दुराचार पीड़िता छात्रा भी पांच करोड़ रुपये रंगदारी मांगने की आरोपी मानी गई है।
मालूम हो कि विशेष जांच टीम (एसआईटी) ने ब्लैकमेलिंग और जबरन वसूली के मामले में लोकल पुलिस के साथ छात्रा को उसके घर से गिरफ्तार कर लिया था। इसके बाद पुलिस ने उस छात्रा को कोर्ट के सामने पेश किया गया। कोर्ट ने छात्रा को 14 दिनों की न्यायिक हिरासत में जेल भेज दिया है।
एसआईटी प्रमुख और पुलिस महानिरीक्षक नवीन अरोड़ा ने बताया था कि छात्रा से मंगलवार को पूछताछ की गई थी। पुख्ता सूबत मिलने के बाद उसे गिरफ्तार कर मेडिकल जांच कराई गई। मेडिकल जांच के बाद उसे अदालत में पेश किया गया। इसके बाद कोर्ट ने उसे जेल भेज दिया है।
तीन आरोपी पहले ही हो चुके हैं गिरफ्तार
चिन्मयानंद को ब्लैकमेल कर पांच करोड़ मांगने के मामले में तीन आरोपियों को पहले ही गिरफ्तार किया जा चुका है। उनमें संजय और विक्रम ने स्वीकार कर लिया है कि उन्होंने चिन्मयानंद से पांच करोड़ रूपए मांगे थे । दूसरी ओर युवती ने ब्लैकमेलिंग और जबरन उगाही के मामले में शामिल होने के पुख्ता सूबत मिले हैं।

Three accused have already been arrested
Three accused have already been arrested for blackmailing Chinmayanand and demanding five crore. Among them, Sanjay and Vikram have admitted that they had asked for five crore rupees from Chinmayananda. On the other hand, the girl has found strong evidence of her involvement in the case of blackmailing and extortion.
